1 c Active Starter

1 ea Large Egg

2 tb Cooking Oil

1/4 c Instant Or Evaporate Milk

1 ts Salt

1 ts Baking Soda

2 tb Sugar

Mix ingredients together and let the mixture bubble and foam a minute or two, then drop on hot griddle in large spoonfuls. -----
