Try Eating Raw Food : You need a balance of three basic food groups as most of your diet:
  • sweet fruits (apples, oranges, berries, melons, etc.)
  • green leaves (dark lettuce, kale, collards, spinach, etc.)
  • raw plant fats (avocados, olives & their oil, coconuts & their oil, nuts & seeds, durian)

1 pound Cacique Brand Chorizo (beef or pork)

4 russet potatoes -- diced

3 green bell peppers -- diced

6 Roma tomatoes -- diced

Boil diced potatoes in salted water for about 8 minutes. Drain and cool. Cook t he chorizo and drain off excess fat. Add the potatoes, bell peppers and tomatoe s. Serve with scrambled eggs.
